VOLUNTEER

Oleander Pines is an amazing community that strives to be better all the time.  One of the best ways to make that happen is to volunteer.   By volunteering you can make our little part of the world an even more amazing place.  Please look below at all the opportunities and tell us which one suits your time and expertise.

WELCOME COMMITTEE

The welcome committee is the first impression our new residents receive! Each new resident is greeted, in person, with a smile, a welcome package and a binder with lots of interesting information about our community.

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH

We are looking for people who would like to develop a strong neighborhood watch.  Those of you who are interested in driving or walking around our community to keep an eye out for suspicious activity, this is the committee for you.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE

We would like to enhance the social committee to host events like holiday caroling with cocoa and cookies, community trick or treating with a costume contest, neighborhood cookouts and an Easter egg hunt.  If you have great ideas and are an amazing party planner then this is the committee for you.

COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE

We need people who are fair minded and understanding to enforce our Declaration of Restrictions.  We want our community to stay beautiful and that requires patience when reminding neighbors that things have gone amiss on their property. If you think this is something you could do, then please volunteer.

DECORATING COMMITTEE

Holiday House.jpg

Do you love to decorate?  Well this is the committee for you.  We decorate our front entrance for almost every holiday and we could use your help.  We have wonderful ideas but could always use more and if you're like almost everyone you have outdoor ornaments you can't use but hate the fact they are taking up room in the garage. If this sounds like you then you need to join this committee.

If you want to be a part of a fun group of women then this is the group for you.  The ladies meet about once a month for lunch at a local restaurant and enjoy a great meal, laughter and dare I say gossip.
